Make sure guinea pigs are dead. Salt. Drink vodka shot. Eat guinea pigs.

Since I’m not a gourmet chef, I wouldn’t even consider trying to follow such a sophisticated recipe. Besides, who in the world would slaughter a tiny, defenseless guinea pig? (Is it even possible to ’slaughter’ such tiny animals?) However I can certainly appreciate the cautionary step: “Make sure g.p.’s are dead.” A smart move. It is so horrendous to imagine somebody shoving a poor, living creature into their voracious, gaping oral-orifice. Better they should perish in humane, merciful fashion before getting skewered, broasted, and basted with garlic-butter sauce. Garnish with Italian parsley.
